You’re responsible for how your account uses the service and for complying with Google’s rules. We protect your data and don’t sell it.1) Acceptance of TermsBy accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you’re using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.2) Eligibility & AccountsYou must be able to form a binding contract and be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You’re responsible for maintaining account security and for all activity under your account.3) Service DescriptionReplyLocal connects to your Google Business Profile (GBP) and helps you manage review replies. You can set a tone, templates, and rules. Auto‑reply may be applied to positive reviews; 1–2‑star reviews are held until you approve a reply. You can disable auto‑reply at any time.
We may throttle, queue, or delay actions to comply with platform limits and availability.
We may update features from time to time.
We do not guarantee that Google or third‑party platforms will remain compatible or error‑free.
4) Your Content & LicensesYour Content includes business information, settings, templates, replies, and any data you provide or connect.
You retain all rights to Your Content.
You grant us a worldwide, non‑exclusive license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the Services.
You are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights to submit and use Your Content.
5) Acceptable UseYou agree not to:
violate applicable laws, Google terms, or the rights of others;
submit unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or discriminatory content;
attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the Services;
misrepresent your identity or your relationship with your customers;
use the Services for high‑risk activities where errors could lead to harm.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for others or for the Services.
6) AI & Human ReviewAI can accelerate drafting, but it can make mistakes. You’re responsible for reviewing and approving replies—especially those for low‑star reviews. You can always edit or override AI output.7) Plans, Trials, Billing, and TaxesFree trial: New subscriptions start with a 14‑day free trial; the payment method on file will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel beforehand.
Subscriptions: Plans (e.g., Starter and Pro) bill monthly or annually via our payment processor (e.g., Stripe). By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges.
Pricing and limits: Plan caps (e.g., reply counts, locations) apply; overages may require an upgrade or add‑on.
Cancellations: Cancel any time to stop future charges; access continues through the current paid period.
Refunds: Except where required by law, fees are non‑refundable once charged (including partial periods).
Promotions: Limited‑time offers (e.g., “Founding 20” 30% off first 3 months) apply as stated and may require a code; promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly allowed.
